What this demonstration is showing

• Catalogue

  Customer: See what is offered and what it costs in this demonstration.

  Business: The list is the same list the business side is working from.

  Automation: Publishing an item makes it available on the customer side.

• Job cards

  Customer: Describe a job and follow it from request to approval.

  Business: Staff can mark the inspection and issue a quotation.

  Automation: Approval updates the same job card. No invoice is sent.

• Customer record

  Customer: You can see that the business keeps the request with a name.

  Business: The business side shows the sandbox name beside the work.

  Automation: Nothing is copied into the real TFAST customer list.

• Notifications

  Customer: You see the moment a confirmation would be sent.

  Business: Staff can see that the confirmation was recorded.

  Automation: The notice stays inside the demo. It is not delivered.

• Assistant

  Customer: You can ask about the items in this demonstration.

  Business: The assistant does not create orders by itself.

  Automation: If the assistant is unavailable, the forms still work.

  Business: The business side can see the same session events.

  Automation: Counts are events, not a claim about revenue.
