We talk through your business, the problem you want to solve and what success looks like. We ask about your users, existing tools and data, payment needs such as mobile money, and your timeline. There is no charge for this first conversation.
2. Scope and written quotation
We put the agreed scope in writing: pages or features, what is included and what is not, milestones and a quotation in UGX. Work starts only after you approve the scope.
3. Design and structure
We plan the content, user journeys and layout first, then share designs or a working preview for your feedback before the full build.
4. Build
We build in stages and share progress on a preview link, so you can review real screens instead of waiting until the end.
5. Testing
Before launch we test on mobile and desktop, check forms, payments and logins where they apply, and fix the issues we find.
6. Launch and handover
We go live, connect your domain where needed and hand over the access, accounts and guidance you need to run the system.
7. Support and improvements
After launch we can keep your website or system updated, secure and improving under an agreed support arrangement.
