Transparency: how TFAST handles support

TFAST Digital Agency is a registered Ugandan business (sole proprietor), not a charity, NGO or non-profit. We promise only what we can do, we say plainly what is not yet decided, and we will publish real records when they exist. This page has no financial figures because we have not published any.

What is TFAST, and what is it not?

TFAST is a business that builds websites, apps and software. The Digital Skills Initiative is a community project that TFAST plans to run alongside its business. It is not a registered charity or non-profit, and TFAST is not tax-exempt. Read about the plan on the Digital Skills Initiative page.

What do we promise?

  • We will tell you honestly what the initiative needs and what exists today.
  • We will not claim learners, devices, partners, sponsors or results that we cannot show.
  • We will publish real records, such as what was received and how it was used, when we have them.
  • We will use photos of learners only with guardian consent, and roles near children need safeguarding steps.

What do we not promise?

  • Tax receipts or any tax benefit.
  • Jobs, certificates or particular results for any young person.
  • That used equipment from abroad can be accepted. Uganda has import rules for electronics, so please contact us before sending anything.

What is not decided yet?

The first learners, locations, schedules, fees, curriculum details, partner organisations and the exact ways financial support can be received are not decided. We will publish each of these only when it is confirmed.

How will updates be shared?

We will post updates on this website, on this page and on the Digital Skills Initiative page. If you have supported us, we will also tell you directly. We will publish only numbers that exist in real records.

Why does this matter?

Support depends on trust. You should be able to see what is asked, what is promised and what has happened. Read why support matters and our story.

How do you take the next step?
